Veridiam (www.veridiam.com) is a leading machining and custom metal fabrication specialist with over 50 years of experience serving as a major manufacturer of precision engineered components. Veridiam manufactures assemblies, sub-assemblies, machined components, precision metal tubing and tubular components for the medical, dental, nuclear power, aerospace and power generation markets from high performance alloys. By working directly with their customers' product development, design and R&D departments they develop novel solutions for a wide variety of critical applications. Managing the complete supply chain, Veridiam delivers a finished device -- to specification and on time -- saving time and expense for their customers. Veridiam has three plants in the San Diego area including more than 170,000 square feet of manufacturing space on seven acres in El Cajon along with plants in Oceanside and Poway, and a manufacturing facility in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Our roots were formed in the exacting nuclear and aerospace industries where we have supplied critical aircraft and nuclear tubing worldwide for more than 5 decades. We can supply finished tubing in random or specific cut lengths or continue with additional fabrication operations including laser welding, tube bending, slotting, shaping, flaring, notching, precision hole forming, etc. We also supply seamless tubing including cannulated bar out of Carpenter Technology's BioDur® 108 alloy or other alloys primarily for medical applications.

Material Selection
We manufacture precision engineered, built-to-print tubing and tubular components in a wide variety of materials. We can supply material solutions appropriate for your particular project, including Carpenter's exclusive engineered alloys for demanding applications.

Medical Application Capabilities
Veridiam produces tubing and tubular components for use in medical applications ranging from minimally invasive surgery instruments to advanced electronic diagnostics equipment and medical implants. Other medical applications include: Orthopaedics, cardiology, general surgery, medical instrumentation, microsurgery, and orthodontia.

Rapid Prototyping
Offering rapid-prototype service to assist customers in increasing their speed-to-market for new products. When you're ready for production, we have the capability to manufacture orders of any size. We have a dedicated prototyping facility with state-of-the-art equipment, enabling us to perform all manufacturing processes necessary to turn your idea into a functioning component.
