Process Engineer: Coordinate and direct process development, process improvement and operations management activities in the Operations Department. Interface as necessary with production employees, supervisors, engineers, management, vendors and customers to complete assignments. Seek optimum balance between process robustness, process cost and product quality. CNC Machinist: Set-up fixtures, tooling, and CNC programs on the manufacturing and inspection equipment for production jobs in a responsive manner to support a production paced environment. Routinely monitor the key process indicators to ensure the process is in control and quality product is being produced. Operate all equipment in the TCA area to support daily production needs. Maintenance Technician: Plan and perform predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance in a high quality and cost effective manner. This position requires demonstrated proficiency in the repair and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical repairs and maintenance.
