Plant Engineer: Provide hands-on engineering in regard to the design, specification, fabrication and installation of production equipment and manufacturing support systems. Determine feasibility of designing new plant equipment and modifying existing facilities and equipment considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning, and other technical and economic factors.
Quality Engineer: Develop, implement and administer a variety of methods and procedures to ensure product quality. Design and plan product testing and analysis to ensure that potential defects are minimized and quality levels are maintained in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions. Formulate quality assurance policies and procedures.
Process Engineer: Coordinate and direct process development, process improvement and operations management activities in the Operations Department. Interface as necessary with production employees, supervisors/coaches, engineers, management, vendors and customers to complete assignments. Seek optimum balance between process robustness, process cost and product quality.
Product Engineer: Coordinate and direct process development and process improvement activities. Interface as necessary with production employees, production supervisors, product engineers, plant and design engineers, quality engineers, management, vendors, and customers. Seek optimum balance between process robustness, process cost and product quality. |
