Engineering Manager: Plan, direct and coordinate engineering programs and LEAN initiatives. Develop and implement engineered manufacturing processes from conceptualization through documentation. Resolve production problems. Design fixtures and jigs. Participate in customer negotiations to provide efficient and reliable engineering support to achieve Customer objectives. Help develop the Company's goals and generate your own department's goals with your team. CNC Machinist: Setup CNC lathes to support a production-paced environment. Routinely monitor the key process indicators to ensure the process is in control and quality product is being produced. Operate all equipment in the shop to support daily production needs.
