Veridiam Medical Names Steve Thornton
To Director Of Sales Post

Steve Thornton has been named Director of Sales at Veridiam Medical, a fabricator of assemblies, sub-assemblies, machined components and custom metal tubular parts for the medical device market.

Thornton, who reports directly to Neal Nordstrom, President and Chief Executive Officer of Veridiam Medical, is a 15-year Sales and Sales Management veteran of the medical device industry.

"Steve is an established sales performer with a wealth of experience that complements our company's presence in the medical device marketplace," Nordstrom said. "His strong engineering background will be a valuable asset as we continue our mission to provide custom engineered solutions to medical device OEMs."

Thornton, a technical sales professional with a degree in electrical engineering, has in-depth knowledge of the endoscopy, cardiology & Orthopaedic OEM markets, augmented by his background in machining and metal tube fabrication practices.

Thornton received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, in 1984. He presently resides in the San Diego area with his wife, Janet, and two children.
