Veridiam Acquires Allied Swiss Screw Products;
Offers Expanded Range Of Ultra-Precision Fabrication Capabilites

San Diego, CA; July 2007 - VERIDIAM, a leading provider of EDM services, milled and turned components, welded and drawn tubing; metal and tubular components; and assemblies specifically fabricated to meet the demanding requirements of aerospace, nuclear power, medical and industrial applications, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of ALLIED SWISS SCREW PRODUCTS, Inc. of Oceanside, California. This newest acquisition underscores VERIDIAM'S focus on enhancing its core competencies and further meeting the specialized needs of the medical device industry through strategic integrated manufacturing initiative.

ALLIED SWISS is a major provider of custom-fabricated ultra-precision machined products. Its key specialties include dental implants, abutments, prosthetics, and surgical components. ALLIED SWISS' fabrication capabilities include 44 Multi-Axis CNC Swiss and CNC Turning Centers.
