Cold rolled and cold drawn alloys, including stainless steels and nickel alloys can be custom manufactured to special shapes for precision and cost advantages. Our precision drawn shapes have been used in specialized applications. These include:
Aerospace Veridiam produces individual blanked and formed finished airfoil stator blades, as well as coiled and straight length airfoil cross sections in stainless steels and high temperature alloys. Type 410, Carpenter Custom 450® alloy, Custom 630® alloy, and Pyromet® 718 alloy are among the metals that have been used in these applications. Defense Applications Veridiam produces a wide variety of custom designed cold drawn shaped solids that have been used in military equipment applications. Industrial Applications Veridiam can produce a variety of other build-to-print precision cold rolled and cold drawn shapes for general industrial applications. |
